Just as I said before that in John 1vs1 the Bible says; “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”. Reading it to verse 14, it says; “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth”. The Word became flesh, lived with us (humans) and this flesh is Jesus Christ, who is the Word of God.
My people, Jesus Christ always speaks the mind of God and it’s so disheartening that many of us disobeys Him, and in so doing we disobey the Word of God, hence we disobey God Himself.
There are so many commands Jesus Christ gave us which must be fulfilled before our exit from this world. How is our approach to these instructions? For example; when will we realize that the Word of God also says we should love our enemies and do good to those who hate us? The Word of God here despises all form of evil, and encourages us to do what is good to others. Most people now are focused on killing their enemies, not even caring who the enemy is; whether it’s your mother, father, siblings, friends, or neighbors. They prefer others to die for them to live – they prefer calling fire to kill and destroy their fellow humans. I’m not surprised knowing that most Christians are murderers even without killing physically, yes. The Word of God said our love must be sincere and we should hate what is evil – Romans 12vs9; “Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good”. You can’t say you love God and you pray for the downfall of your fellow humans. God is not evil or wicked, neither does His Word teach us to so. Assuming Jesus Christ prayed for the death of Mary Magdalene, what would have become of her today? But Christ didn’t do that, instead He tried to save her by praying for her and she became free and to the glory of God, she was the first person to announce the resurrection of Jesus Christ, a great Evangelist. No matter who we call our enemies, pray for them to change and realize their evil deeds, so as not to rot in hell. Pray for that spirit in them to leave and they will be useful for God.
The Word of God said we shouldn’t pray for the death of our neighbors nor should we hate our fellow humans but rather do all we can for the salvation of their souls.
Let’s dwell richly in the Word of God who is Jesus Christ to fulfill God’s expectation and be reminded again that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life . . . – John 14vs6.
