The flesh or human nature is a cancer worm and hindrance to your entry into God’s real presence. It is an opener of your physical hearing, seeing and desires which activate your heartfelt craving for things that satisfy bodily wants, desires and pleasures – Romans 8vs5; “For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit”.
These things your flesh long after only shut up or block your spiritual hearing and eventually lead you to death by obeying its passions – Romans 8vs13; “For if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live”. The more attention you pay to your body desires, the more your flesh rules over you which is very dangerous for you – Ephesians 4vs17; “Therefore, I say this and testify in the Lord: You should no longer walk as the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their thoughts”. The more you focus on worldly affairs, the less possible you hear God’s Voice and the more louder you hear the voice of lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh and pride of life – 1 John 2vs15-16; “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him, because all that is in the world (the desire of the flesh and the desire of the eyes and the arrogance produced by material possessions) is not from the Father, but is from the world”.
My people, the things of the flesh are very attractive, pleasing and comforting but these satisfaction bring mortality to man. Walk not according to the physical hearing of the flesh but walk in alignment with the spiritual hearing of the Holy Spirit – Galatians 5vs16; “But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh”, for the flesh brings death but the Spirit gives life and life in abundance in God’s glorious eternal Kingdom, amen. Be reminded again that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life . . . -John 14vs6.
