I had a good time to see some varieties of human skulls displayed and in the course of looking at them, I tried to see if I could find the most beautiful one among them but till this very moment I’m writing, I am yet to see any of these skulls as the most beautiful. Lo and behold, there could be some beautiful and handsome looking persons among these skulls when they were still alive but no one carries such appearance any longer. What does this mean? Death speaks; ‘I bring everyone to a common ground where there is nothing like the most beautiful skull or the most beautiful skeleton’.
Now, I want you to read the following lines of sentences carefully. If you die right now, your face becomes soon as one of these skulls where there is no longer any attachment of beauty or handsomeness. Then, the only appearance you carry henceforth remains your deeds, though anyone may not see it but Our Creator, Jehovah God does. These deeds remain even when every form of beauty is gone physically – Revelation 14vs13; “And I heard a voice from Heaven saying, ‘Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.’ ‘Blessed indeed,’ says the Spirit, ‘that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them’”. These deeds remain the beauty I am talking about. Does your life carry good (beautiful) deeds in the sight of God or otherwise?
Be reminded again that when you die, when your skull or skeleton carries no more beauty any longer, your good deeds or evil deeds remain your appearance and if no one could see it, God sees it.
Finally, there is something important I would like you to take note here about these ‘deeds’ I am talking about. These deeds shall be brought into Judgement and shall determine if we shall escape the second death (eternal ruin) or not that is coming soon – Ecclesiastes 12vs14; “For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil”. So, I beg us to make yourselves be found when God is looking for beautiful and good looking people (people with good deeds). Stay blessed and stay safe till we all meet at the feet of Our Saviour, Jesus Christ – John 14vs6.
