The Bible in John 1vs1 reveals that; “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”. Then in verse 14 of the same chapter says; “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth”. This is to show us that the Word of God is Jesus Christ Himself. Then in 1 John 5vs12, the Bible says; “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth”. This clearly shows that a life without Jesus Christ is a life void of God and a life without God is a life without Jesus Christ. Furthermore, a life without Jesus Christ is a life without purpose, hope and without salvation. A life without Jesus Christ is a life headed for eternal destruction.
Although this category of persons who live their lives without Jesus Christ may look physically alive but in the sight of God, they are spiritually dead because they don’t have the Son of God who gives life in abundance to the spiritual man, and such a person shall not enter the Kingdom of God – John 3vs16; “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life”.
Therefore, I am using this medium to urge us that are living our lives without Jesus Christ to get Him involved in the journey of our lives by accepting Him as Our Lord and personal Saviour. And to those of us who have accepted Christ, I encourage us to keep pressing on and as we do, I pray that we shall remain alive hereafter in Jesus Christ name, amen – John 14vs6.
