A CALL FOR THE NEW BIRTH
Whenever a child is just born, everything about that child is new; new life, new identity and some similar features with the parents. Yes, but there is something I would like you to know about the new birth. You might be wondering what does this mean, ‘THE NEW BIRTH’. The moment you forsake your sins, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Saviour and baptized in His name, you have a new life where all your record of wrong is wiped away and you now have a new record. The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5vs17 that; “Whosoever is joined to Christ is a new creation, old things have passed away and all thing have become new”. New birth in Christ Jesus is the spiritual birth through the work of the Holy Spirit. The same way a mother does all the work of pregnancy to delivery, so also the Holy Spirit does the work of the new birth so we can see the Kingdom of God.
My brothers and sisters, I’m using this medium to tell us that Jesus Christ is calling on you for ‘the new birth’ so as to reign with Him in Heaven forever after everything here comes to an end. Be reminded again that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life . . . – John 14vs6
