In the above scriptures, Jesus Christ warned His disciples in a parable that they should beware of the teachings and words of the Pharisees and Sadducees because their teachings were filled with hypocrisy, lies, corruption, misrule and has the power and capability to influence negatively and darken their minds against the true Word of God (Jesus Christ). The words of these categories of people (the Pharisees and Sadducees) are like yeast that changes the mindset, nature, behavior, appearance, vision, and ideology of anyone who hears and consumes them.
In the word today, we have so many Pharisees and Sadducees in form of friends, Pastors, parents, spouses, preachers, teachers and the likes whose words and teachings contradict that of Jesus Christ and once you accept these false teachings, then you will certainly fall into its dangers – Matthew 15vs14. Every behavior of humans that manifests in action are inspired, triggered and influenced by the words they have heard and accepted and that was why Jesus warned us to beware of people whose words contradict His because such words and teachings are not safe for consumption, they are like poison that kills the nature and teaching of Jesus Christ in you. Many way-ward people you see around today are living under the influence of the words they have heard and accepted into their hearts and likewise good people. My people, let us be watchful of the teachings we receive from our teachers that contradict the true Word of God. The Word of God is powerful and effective to influence and change positively in anyone who hears and accepts it into his heart unlike the words of the Pharisees and Sadducees. The true Word of God in a person’s heart yields him unto eternal life. My people, I say again, let us beware of the Pharisees and Sadducees around us. The fruits they produce define them and that was why Jesus said; “By their fruits you shall know them – Matthew7vs15. This message is to urge you to beware and to be conscious of Christ’s contradictory teachings because the end results leads to hell but the true Word of God yields eternal life. Beware!!! Jesus Christ warns and be reminded again that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life . . . – John 14vs6.
