No matter the wrong you might have committed against God, please seek His mercy and clear your guilt. This is what Judas Iscariot failed to do after betraying Jesus Christ. Reading from Matthew 27vs1-10, after Judas Iscariot betrayed Jesus Christ, though he was remorseful and felt bad for what he did, but failed to go to God to seek forgiveness to return back to Him.
When you’ve sinned and fail to repent, the devil seizes the opportunity to take control on you totally. This is why the Bible says in 1 John 1vs9 that; “If we confess our sins God is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteous”. Failing to repent from your wrongs makes the devil, the ark enemy of your soul to do whatever that pleases him with your life.
Please, always appreciate to go for repentance and not self-destruction for the salvation of your soul and stay focused on Jesus Christ who is the Way, the Truth and the Life: that no one goes to God except through Him – John 14vs6.
