Faith is the act of trusting; trusting God and his words. Faith is the bridge that connects us to having a living relationship with God. It is the criteria that brings down the manifestation of God’s power, and without it one cannot please God. The Bible says this in Hebrews 11vs6 saying, “But without faith it is impossible to please Him; for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him”.
The element of faith in receiving a miracle is so vital, the Lord points to it in the incident of the Canaanite woman who came to Jesus Christ for Him to deliver her demon possessed daughter. First, Jesus Christ would not even speak to her yet in her faith she didn’t take the silence of Jesus Christ as denial. Jesus Christ, due to the woman’s continuous plea that: “It is not meant to take the children’s bread, and cast it to dogs”, and her humble nature of faith: “Truth, Lord yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from the master’s table”, Jesus Christ answered and said unto her, “O woman, great is thy faith; be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour” – Matthew 15vs22-28.
Faith is the one of the indispensable steps that brings miracles from God into manifestation. The act of coming to God in all brokenness and humility is an act of faith. With faith, many got lined with God and with faith you can receive permanent solution to all life’s problems and above all, faith in God through Jesus Christ saves from eternal damnation – John 3vs16;”For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.”
To this, I will urge you to strive and seek faith in the Word of God (Jesus Christ), for this comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Hallelujah! As you do, please, continue to keep your focus on this same Jesus Christ who is the Way, the Truth and the Life: no one goes to God except through Him – John 14vs6.
