DON’T BOAST IN YOUR WEAKNESSES

In Mark 14vs27-31; here I read how Jesus Christ predicted Peter’s denial. When Jesus Christ predicted Peter’s denial, he answered; “Even more strongly. I will never deny even if I have to die with you”.
Jesus Christ knows what He says and says what He knows. He knows the beginning from the end and the end from the beginning. I mean our present, past and our future. So, as believers, whenever God in the person of the Holy Spirit shows us our tendencies to fail, we shouldn’t argue or display self-confidence but we should seek for His divine help. At a point like this some could display self-confidence or argue with God which may give birth to their avoidable failures and on the long run ruin them.
It is advisable for us as believers to always seek God’s divine help whenever our failures, weaknesses, tendencies to fail are reviewed to us and not to argue, to display any form of self-confidence that can’t stand the test of time.
Please, let’s stop displaying self-confidence whenever God shows us our tendencies to fail but to always seek for His divine help that is always available in Christ Jesus who is the Way, the Truth and the Life; that no one goes to God except through Him – John 14vs6.
