The life man lives in the flesh or self is always controlled by feelings such as worries, hunger, sexual urges, anger, bitterness, tiredness, shame, envy, low self-esteem, inferiority complex etc.
Self sponsored by our feelings or desires is a defense for accommodating the things of the flesh for our self-will which is a motivational impulse for the life in the body. Body life is a flesh led life, that is life without or absence of Christ Jesus – Galatians 5vs24; “And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires”.
My people, body life defense does not have any spiritual significance to your soul and gives you no guarantee for eternal life with God for our body is corrupted by nature from the period of the fallen man which leads everyone born of a man to death in hell which is eternal departure from God if not renewed or transformed in Christ Jesus after repentance – 1 Peter 1vs23; “Since you have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God”.
My brothers and my sisters, submit your self-will to the Lord for Him to be the Lordship over your life and follow His Ways in all you do for the salvation of your soul from body life defenses which ushers you into a resurrected life here and here after. Be reminded again that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life. . . – John 14vs6.
