ALWAYS BE WILLING TO FULFIL GOD’S WILL

Matthew 26vs47-56 explained how Jesus Christ allowed the Will of God to be done in His life. Jesus Christ didn’t intend to put up any resistance, He made it clear that He was being arrested because He permitted it to happen not because He was powerless to prevent it. Jesus Christ explained “why”. Yes, this had to happen for the Word of God through the prophets might be fulfilled.
Jesus Christ knew that it was part of God’s plan for Him to die as it has been foretold by the prophets. Indeed, Jesus Christ was willing to die in order to fulfill God’s Will. Same is expected of us, we should be willing and submissive to the Will of God, regardless of what it may take because behind it is our real essence of life.
Assuming Jesus Christ didn’t submit to the Will of God, today, He wouldn’t be known as the Savior of the world. To this, we should be more concerned in doing God’s Will no matter what it may cause us for the salvation of our souls because this is what constitutes the beauty of our existence. I pray God bless His Words in the midst of our hearts in Jesus Christ name, amen.
Please, let us continue to be focused on Jesus Christ who is the Way, the Truth and the Life: that no one goes to God except through Him – John 14vs6.
