In Matthew 28vs1-20, the Scripture gave account of Jesus’ resurrection and appearance to the disciples. Then in verses 19 and 20, Jesus Christ commissioned the disciples to do these: “Go into the world and preach the Gospel; make disciples of all nations; baptizing them in the Name of God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit; and teaching them to observe all I have commanded you to do”. After these instructions were given to the disciples, He concluded with a promise saying; ‘I will be with you till the end of the age’. Here, you are not excluded who claim to be of Christ.
Jesus Christ is commanding all His followers to go into the world, make disciples, baptize them and teach them the ways of God. This great commission to spread the Gospel is not for some class of people alone, but to all followers of Our Lord Jesus Christ. There is no excuse not to be involved in this great movement for Christ awaits a feedback from you on this very task someday.
