In Mark 10v13-16, Jesus Christ used little children to teach us a very significant mystery to inherit the Kingdom of God. During one of this events, He told the disciples that the Kingdom of God belongs to little children. In saying this, Jesus Christ meant that for a person to enter into the Kingdom of God, such must possess the nature, and characteristics of a little child.
In other words, we must be childlike in acknowledging our helplessness and dependence before God and also possessing a heart of forgiveness, humility, love, trust, meekness, innocence, kindness and so on which are what one can easily find in a little child.
The nature and attributes of little children were the reason Jesus Christ used them to give the view. Therefore, we must be conscious in exhibiting these attributes of little children if we desire to be welcomed into the Kingdom of God someday by this same Jesus Christ who is the Way, the Truth and the Life: that no one goes to God except through Him – John 14vs6.
